Isolation

Isolation is a state of being apart from others. In 2020, many of us have experienced significant isolation due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. Being physically separated from others and cut off from our usual points of contact affects each of us differently. This disconnection can be profoundly lonely and uncomfortable. But it may also offer the space and time to reevaluate and reset our priorities.
